Summer Solstice Ceremony

Seasonal ceremonies at Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre are a time to be on the land, to honour and give thanks for all of creation, to have some quiet reflective time around the fire and to renew and refresh our mind, body and spirit in the sweat lodge.
The ceremonies include a sweat lodge, followed by a potluck feast. Read more about what to expect at our seasonal ceremonies.
Spots inside the sweat lodge are limited to 25 guests.
To enter the sweat lodge, you must register in advance by completing the form below.
You may also participate without entering the sweat lodge. Everyone is welcome to come and be with the sacred fire.
What to bring:
- Tobacco
- For the sweat lodge: shorts (men) or cotton nightgown or skirt/top (women) & towel
- Water bottle
- Food – to share in potluck feast after the sweat
- Optional donation for the Centre – for wood, gas for elder, cleaning, etc.
