a weekend retreat with Lori Erhardt
- Delicious made-from-scratch meals, starting with a simple supper on Friday night, ending with breakfast Sunday morning

- A loose schedule of group practices (all optional) led by Lori Erhardt to help us be present
- Time for rest, forest walks and solitude as participants wish
- Your own private room in a cabin with shared washrooms
- Cost: $385/individual (or $690/couple for a room with a double bed)
Lori Erhardt has been known for encouraging and gathering circles of all shapes and sizes – in concerts and conferences, classrooms, and churches, palliative care wards, peace rallies, and celebrations of Life and Love. She is a United Church minister and a certified Yoga and Qi gong instructor. She engages music, movement, meditation, breathing, bodywork, inquiry, intuition, prayer, reflection, humour and humility for healing and wholeness.
