DESCRIPTION:Seasonal ceremonies at Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre are a time to be on the land\, to honour and give thanks for all of creation\, to have some quiet reflective time around the fire and to renew and refresh our mind\, body and spirit in the sweat lodge. \nThe ceremonies include a sweat lodge\, followed by a potluck feast. Participants will examine core principles of Indigenous spirituality\, including land\, language\, storytelling\, and community\, and consider their role in shaping children’s identity and resilience. Through Elders’ teachings and land-based learning\, participants will gain practical tools to design culturally grounded programs and policies.  \nWe welcome guest learners to join our ministry students in this circle.
