DESCRIPTION:Seasonal ceremonies at Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre are a time to be on the land\, to honour and give thanks for all of creation\, to have some quiet reflective time around the fire and to renew and refresh our mind\, body and spirit in the sweat lodge. \nThe ceremonies include a sweat lodge\, followed by a potluck feast. Read more about what to expect at our seasonal ceremonies. \n  \nTo enter the sweat lodge\, you must register in advance by completing the form below. \nYou may also participate without entering the sweat lodge. Everyone is welcome to come and be with the sacred fire. \n  \nWhat to bring: \n\nTobacco\nFor the sweat lodge: shorts (men) or cotton nightgown or skirt/top (women) & towel\nFor outside the sweat lodge: any hat\, jacket\, rain gear\, sun or bug protection you need to be comfortable and safe outside\, depending on the weather of the day\nWater bottle\nFood – to share in potluck feast after the sweat\nDonation for the Centre encouraged (cash or cheque made to Sandy-Saulteaux Spiritual Centre\, donating online available when you register)\nGift for the lodge keeper encouraged (cash or any item that expresses your gratitude for the ceremony)\n\nWant to find out about other upcoming ceremonies?
