Once a month, we host a drop-in drum circle for youth and young adults, led by a local singer and knowledge-keeper. Caregivers are encouraged to join if they are bringing younger kids. Tipi Raising: a community connection event
Join us, along with elder Garry Dano, in erecting 4 tipis at the entrance to our Centre. Teachings, teamwork, time on the land, and a whole lot of fun are included! The day will end with a community potluck feast. Please bring a dish of food to share. All ages welcome. This event was made possible with grants from Healthy Together Now and the Brokenhead River Community Foundation - Meegwetch!
